Youthfit 1 & 2

Youthfit is a complimentary member only program. A wellness coach will teach YMCA gym etiquette, warm up, cardiovascular exercise equipment, cool down, and flexibility exercises. (Youthfit 2 teaches strength machines)
Youthfit consists of 1-2 sessions. Once the member has completed the program and shows knowledge of obtained skills, this member will be “blue band” (Youthfit 1) or “orange band” (Youthfit 2) approved and then can use these pieces while at our YMCA locations. 

Youthfit 1 - 9-10 year olds
Youthfit 2 - 11-14 year olds
