New To Group Exercise? Discover the amazing energy of group exercise classes at the Y! Just bring your water bottle for class and a lock for the locker room. Feel free to arrive early and introduce yourself to the instructor to let them know this is your first class. The instructor will let you know what to expect in the class and can provide helpful feedback.
